Questions, answered

If your question is not here, call (561) 452-3416 or send a note — we would rather answer it directly.

General

A bookkeeper handles day-to-day financial recordkeeping — transactions, reconciliations, statements. A CPA typically handles tax filing and higher-level compliance.

Spark does the bookkeeping and the forward-looking planning. We do not file returns. When it is time to file, we refer you to a CPA we work with and hand over books that are already clean and current.

Working With Spark

Flat-rate monthly, never hourly — so you are never penalised for asking a question, or for us getting faster at your books.

Pricing starts at $500 per month and depends on your number of entities, bank accounts and transaction volume.

Reach out through our contact form or call (561) 452-3416 — we'll set up a quick call to understand your business before recommending anything.

Bookkeeping

Starting at $500 per month. Where you land depends on how many entities you run, how many bank accounts we are reconciling, and your monthly transaction volume.

It is a flat monthly rate, quoted after the intro call — not an hourly meter.

Tax Planning

We plan. We don't file.

Spark handles forward-looking tax strategy — timing, estimated payments, entity structure, and the decisions that are still open while the year is running. Filing is a separate discipline, and we don't do it in-house.

When it's time to file, we refer you to a CPA we work with and hand over books that are already clean and current.

Earlier than most people do. Planning only works while the year is still open — once you are filing, the decisions have already been made for you.

If you are partway through the year and have not looked at it yet, that is a reason to start now rather than a reason to wait.
